We stayed at Bastion to participate badminton international tournament at In de biessen Hoensbroek, it is suitable for the aim. We can take rest and sleep very good, quite and comfort.

It is understood that when we stayed, the circumstance was pretty bad, very cool and snow. As such we are difficult to find food for dinner.

I stayed at Bastion Hotel for several months for work, and it was the best value for money hotel I've come across. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, from the reception to the bar and breakfast area. The room may be basic, but the mattress and pillow are really comfortable. I appreciate that they provided a kettle for me to make my selection of teas. The restaurant serves delicious food, and they even accommodated my migraine by delivering my meal to my room. Amazing service!

quiet and peaceful easy location for my buisness trip.

wireless intenet was either off or very low siganl did not get conected once during whole five days.

our recent stay in heerlen was incredible. bastion hotel exceeded our expectations with its clean rooms and delicious breakfast. the view from the canteen made us feel like we were in a peaceful forest. we can't wait to come back!

Beds were so uncomfortable it was unbelievable. My back is really bad likewise for my father who was in another room. Having stayed in the Bastion in Mawastrict I expected the same quality this was not the case. Also there was not enought lighting in the room and the staff were overworked and it was understaffed. How can you expect one member of staff to clean the rooms, cook the meals and mann the reception not at all good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a commercial area close to IKEA, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. this hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the location, as it allowed me to easily explore nearby cities and go hiking in the beautiful Eifel region. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast, which offered a variety of hot and cold food options to start my day off right.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
